How it works
From a messy file to a sheet you can check
Three steps. You bring the file or the question, Aisheet drafts the sheet, and you decide what is ready to leave the page.
01
Input: describe the job or open a file
Type the outcome in plain English, or open an Excel workbook, a CSV file, or a PDF that contains selectable text. Import runs in the browser. A scanned PDF with no text layer will not become a table, so export that file from the original app or start from Excel or CSV. If the question needs a current public fact, such as a company, a price, or an event, say so and Aisheet can look it up.
02
Process: formulas, cleanup, and summaries
The assistant writes formulas instead of pasting a one-off total. It can fill a column, sort rows, group by a header, trim spaces, split names, normalize phone numbers, flag duplicates, and remove empty rows. Supported functions in the grid include SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, COUNTA, IF, AND, OR, ROUND, SUMIF, COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF, MIN, MAX, TEXT, DATE, TODAY, DATEDIF, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP. Existing cells stay put unless you asked to change them.
03
Output: check the grid, then export or paste
You see the formula and the calculated value in the sheet. Copy a formula into Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, or export the workbook on a paid plan. Read the result against two or three rows you already understand before anyone else relies on it. An AI answer uses one chat credit. Suggestions, templates, and file import do not.
